July 2013 Goals

I have decided to follow the examples of the ladies whose blogs I regularly stalk, and start setting monthly goals, which I can assess myself on at the end of the month. This might help in my quest for healthy hair and length retention. These are my goals for July 2013:

1. Daily multivitamin supplement (especially one meant for hair growth)
2. Drink at least 2 litres of fluids daily (of which half must be water)
3. Use up protein shampoo and Hello Hydration shampoo
4. Protective style (wig) during the week, and leave hair out only during weekends
5. Start working out (at least 3 hours a week)
